his website is a centralized resource on the global diversity of bivalve superfamily Pterioidea. The primary objective of this work is to provide a detailed current taxonomic framework for the group and to integrate information on distribution, ecology, and evolution of its members.

This site also aims to provide a venue for informal exchange of information (such as taxonomic expertise, distributional data, and images) for the scientific community, aquaculture specialists, collectors, and amateur enthusiasts worldwide.

This resourse greatly relies on your contribution. As a registered user, you can participate in on-line forums discussions; post your images; download files, such as bibliographical references in different format.
